删除账号与个人资料
应用：FayParentConnect 家长守护门户 | 最后更新：2026 年 9 月 11 日
请注意：本应用没有公开注册功能，家长账号一律由子女所属教育中心的教师建立。
因此账号删除也需要经由教育中心或本页的联络方式提出，应用内不提供自助删除按钮。
一、如何提出删除请求
任选其一即可：
- 联络子女所属教育中心的教师（最快）—— 由教师在教务系统中提出。
- 直接来信至下方联络邮箱，并注明：家长姓名、登录用的电话号码、
子女姓名与所属教育中心，以便我们核对身份。
二、我们会删除哪些资料

三、关于子女的资料（重要）
本应用只是家长查看子女资料的窗口，子女的出勤、成绩、学费等记录本体存放在教育中心的教务系统中，
并非由本应用产生或拥有。
- 删除家长账号只会移除家长本人的账号与登录资料，家长将无法再透过本应用查看任何资料。
- 如需一并删除子女在教务系统中的资料，请在来信时明确说明，我们会一并处理；
或直接向所属教育中心提出。
四、需要保留的部分
- 法定财务凭证：已开立的学费账单与收据，依当地法规须保存者将依法保留，
但会与已删除的个人识别资料脱钩。
- 官方赛事成绩记录：若子女曾参加对外的官方赛事，主办方另行保存的成绩与证书记录
不在本应用的删除范围内，需另行向主办单位提出。
五、处理时限
我们将于收到请求后 14 个工作日内完成处理，并回复确认。
六、未提出删除时的保留期限
子女在籍期间资料持续保留；退学或结业后满 24 个月，个人识别资料将被自动删除或匿名化。
家长亦可随时依本页流程提前要求删除。

Please note: the App has no public registration — parent accounts are
created by teachers at the child’s education centre. Deletion is therefore requested through the centre
or via the contact address on this page; there is no self-service delete button inside the App.
1. How to request deletion
Either of the following:
- Contact a teacher at your child’s education centre (fastest) — the teacher raises the request in the administrative system.
- Email us at the address below, stating the parent’s name, the
phone number used to sign in, the child’s name and the
education centre, so we can verify your identity.

3. About your child’s data (important)
This App is only a window for parents to view their child’s information. The child’s attendance,
results and billing records are held in the education centre’s administrative system and are not
created or owned by this App.
- Deleting a parent account removes only the parent’s own account and sign-in data; the parent
will no longer be able to view anything through this App.
- If you also want your child’s records in the administrative system deleted, please say so
explicitly in your email and we will handle both, or raise it directly with the education centre.
4. What must be retained
- Statutory financial records — issued tuition invoices and receipts that local law requires us
to keep will be retained, but unlinked from the deleted identifying data.
- Official competition results — if your child entered an external official competition, records
and certificates held separately by the organiser are outside this App’s scope and must be raised with them.
5. Processing time
We will complete the request and confirm in writing within 14 working days of receiving it.
6. Retention if no request is made
Data is retained while the child is enrolled. 24 months after withdrawal or completion, personally
identifying data is automatically deleted or anonymised. Parents may request earlier deletion at any time using
the process on this page.
